At the units, the working group inspected the system of documents, plans, and plans for natural disaster prevention, search and rescue; alerted units to perform flood and storm prevention tasks; inspected the packaging and assurance of logistics, food, and the technical condition of vehicles participating in the task; the work of securing houses, barracks, and warehouses; and the awareness of officers and soldiers regarding the task performance.

Through inspection, it was found that the units thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the Military Region's documents on the work of preventing, combating, overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, catastrophes, rescue and relief; proactively supplemented and completed plans close to the practical situation. Party committees and commanders at all levels regularly updated and grasped the situation of the storm, strictly maintained the meeting and command regime, and ensured smooth communication. The units grasped their tasks, proactively checked and reinforced the entire system of barracks, houses, warehouses, and trimmed trees; fully prepared human resources and means to be ready to participate in rescue and relief when situations arose.

Appreciating the proactive preparation work of units to respond to storm No. 3, Major General To Thanh Quyet requested Party committees and commanders at all levels to continue to monitor and grasp the storm's developments; strictly maintain the on-duty regime; continue to reinforce and brace houses, ensuring absolute safety of barracks. Units agreed on the way to pack and fully supplement personal military equipment and necessary items according to regulations; ensure adequate numbers of troops, vehicles, and rescue materials according to each determined plan. Units closely coordinated with Party committees, local authorities where they were stationed and relevant functional forces, ready with forces and vehicles to participate in helping the government and people respond, overcome consequences, search and rescue when situations occurred, ensuring absolute safety.
