Petrolimex Nghe An donated more than 2 billion VND to help people overcome the consequences of storm No. 10 (Bualoi)

In the context of storm No. 10 causing heavy damage to many provinces and cities in the Central region, especially Nghe An - the area directly affected, Petrolimex Nghe An has proactively implemented a donation program with the spirit of "mutual love" and "the whole leaves cover the torn leaves".

The total amount of donations at the launching ceremony was more than 145 million VND, donated by the Company's officers and employees through various forms at the Company's Office and affiliated units.

Mr. Nguyen Sy Van - Party Secretary, Chairman of Petrolimex Nghe An Company Limited emphasized: "Although the unit is also suffering many impacts from natural disasters, with the tradition of nearly 70 years of construction and development of Petrolimex Nghe An, always putting the spirit of serving the community first, we believe that each heart of sharing in difficult times is a valuable source of encouragement to help our compatriots overcome difficulties".

Previously, implementing the policy of the Vietnam National Petroleum Group, the Board of Directors of Petrolimex Nghe An Company Limited led by Mr. Nguyen Sy Van - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Company, on behalf of the Vietnam National Petroleum Group, directly presented to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province 2 billion VND to support the people of Nghe An province to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10 (Bualoi). The entire amount of support was taken from the Company's business expenses and transferred directly to the account of the Nghe An Provincial Relief Committee, to ensure publicity, transparency and the right beneficiaries.

The activities of supporting and sharing difficulties with people in flood-hit areas affirm the role and responsibility of Petrolimex Nghe An in particular and Vietnam National Petroleum Group in general in social security work, promoting the tradition of "helping each other" of the nation.

It is known that from the beginning of 2025 up to now, the Group has supported the construction of Primary and Secondary Schools in Quynh Tho commune, now Quynh Phu commune (Nghe An) with 3.6 billion VND; supported storms and floods with 2 billion VND; social security activities of Petrolimex Nghe An One Member Co., Ltd. are more than 1.2 billion VND.
