According to the plan, from today until April 16th, the Examination Board of the National University of Ho Chi Minh City's aptitude test will be grading the first round of aptitude test papers.

According to regulations, after the exam session ended, all exam papers were transported to the centralized grading room. To ensure objectivity and absolute security, the grading area was secured and monitored by cameras 24/7, both inside and outside.

The grading process is entirely automated using specialized software. Notably, the supervisory team overseeing this process works closely with the police force. Steps from scanning exam papers, assigning identification numbers, data recognition, to random verification are all assigned to separate operational teams. In particular, the CD containing the answer key is only unsealed for grading after all exam data has been stored and sent to the Chairman of the Examination Board.

Regarding the scoring method, according to the regulations of the Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, the aptitude test consists of 120 objective multiple-choice questions. The test structure includes three parts: Language Use (comprising two parts, Vietnamese and English); Mathematics; and Scientific Thinking.

Each question has a different weighting depending on its difficulty. The score is converted based on each section.

Accordingly, the maximum score for the exam is 1,200 points, with the maximum score for each component of the exam shown on the score sheet as follows: Vietnamese is 300 points, English is 300 points; Mathematics is 300 points and Scientific Thinking is 300 points.

The Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City is expected to announce the exam results on April 17th through the candidates' personal accounts.

If necessary, a hard copy of the exam results certificate will be issued to the candidate, but only one certificate per candidate, and the prescribed fee must be paid.

The second exam session took place on May 24th.

The second round of the competency assessment exam was held on May 24th at 36 locations across 9 provinces and cities, including Hue, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Dong Thap, and An Giang .

The results of the second round of exams are expected to be announced on June 6th.
