Dismissal of Deputy Secretary of Party Cell for female Vice Principal having improper relationship

According to Thuan Hoa District Party Committee, Ms. Duong Thi Thuy is Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Vice Principal of Phu Thanh Kindergarten but has had a relationship with a legally married man, Mr. HTN (Party member, Justice - Civil Status officer of Phu Bai ward, Huong Thuy town, Hue city).

Despite being reminded and warned by the agency and organization, Ms. Duong Thi Thuy did not correct her behavior but continued to maintain her relationship with Mr. HTN.

Phu Thanh Kindergarten, where Ms. Duong Thi Thuy works as Vice Principal.

The Standing Committee of Thuan Hoa District Party Committee determined that Ms. Duong Thi Thuy violated Point a, Clause 3, Article 51 of Regulation 69-QD/TW of the Central Executive Committee on "Discipline of Party organizations and Party members who violate"; regulations of the law on marriage and family, monogamous marriage regime; violated Regulation 37-QD/TW of the Central Executive Committee on "Things Party members must not do"; violated the standards, qualifications, qualities, ethics, lifestyle of Party members, leaders, managers...

Ms. Duong Thi Thuy's violations caused negative public opinion, affected the happiness of other families and affected the reputation of herself, the unit and the Party organization where Ms. Thuy worked.

Therefore, the Standing Committee of Thuan Hoa District Party Committee has decided to discipline Ms. Duong Thi Thuy by removing her from the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of Phu Thanh Kindergarten.
