850g beef

2. How to make beef hotpot
Step 1 : Prepare ingredients
Soak the beef in diluted vinegar for a few minutes, then rinse, dry with a clean towel and cut into thin, bite-sized pieces. Next, marinate the beef with a little salt, cooking oil and MSG.
Peel garlic and shallots, wash, crush and chop.
