Clams: 500g (choose fresh clams, clean off mud)

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

Wash the clams with diluted salt water, then soak them in water for about 30 minutes to remove all the sand. Rinse the clams again to clean them. Then put the clams in a pot, add water and place on the stove to boil until the clams open, then remove them.

Strain the water, remove the sand to cook soup. Separate the clam intestines to cook. Housewives can also leave the clams whole, without separating the intestines.

Peel the pineapple, remove the eyes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Wash the Vietnamese coriander and cut into 3cm pieces. You can use dill instead if you like. Peel and chop the onions and garlic.

Step 2: Cook sweet and sour broth
