At the training session, lecturers from the Provincial Public Administration Service Center introduced and provided detailed instructions on how to use the province's new administrative procedure settlement information system in the land sector; and at the same time, provided instructions on the process and operations of assigning and handling records on the administrative procedure settlement system at the tax authority.
Through the training session, tax officers not only grasped how to operate and manipulate the system, but also had specific answers to problems during use, such as: procedures for receiving and processing electronic records, updating information, coordinating with relevant agencies, etc.
Mr. Nguyen Hai Dang, Head of the Department of Personal Tax, Business Household Tax and Other Revenues, Quang Ninh Tax, said: We have identified the implementation of the 2-level local government model as an important task. Through coordination and training, we will support and answer questions for officials and civil servants in both professional skills and information technology, especially those related to tax operations. Thereby, ensuring readiness to effectively implement the settlement of administrative procedures on land on the new system in the most effective way.
Starting from August 4, 2025, the Tax Department of Quang Ninh province will handle administrative procedures in the land sector through the province's new administrative procedure handling information system. This will help speed up progress, increase transparency and efficiency in processing records and procedures, aiming to serve people, organizations and businesses better and better.
