During the training session, instructors from the Provincial Public Administration Service Center introduced and provided detailed instructions on how to use the province's new information system for handling administrative procedures in the field of land; they also guided participants through the process and procedures for assigning and processing files on the administrative procedure system at the tax agency.
Through the training session, tax officials not only learned how to operate and manipulate the system but also received specific answers to their questions during use, such as: the process of receiving and processing electronic documents, updating information, coordinating with relevant agencies, etc.
Mr. Nguyen Hai Dang, Head of the Personal, Household and Other Taxes Department of Quang Ninh Tax, said: "We consider the implementation of the two-tiered local government model as an important task. Through coordination and training, we will help support and answer questions for officials and civil servants regarding both professional expertise and information technology, especially those related to tax procedures. This will ensure readiness to effectively implement the handling of land-related administrative procedures on the new system."
Starting from August 4, 2025, the Quang Ninh Provincial Tax Department will process administrative procedures related to land through the province's new administrative procedure information system. This will help to speed up the process, increase transparency and efficiency in handling documents and procedures, aiming to better serve citizens, organizations, and businesses.
