Traffic Police Department officers of the Provincial Police returned lost property to people.

At about 10:45 a.m. on October 25, 2023, on the way to perform a task at the unit in Nam Thanh ward, Ninh Binh city, when arriving at Pham Hong Thai street in Van Giang ward, Ninh Binh city, Senior Lieutenant Pham Cao Bang , an officer of the Road Traffic Police Team, Traffic Police Department, Provincial Police, picked up a leather wallet dropped by a citizen on the road.

Checking inside the wallet, Senior Lieutenant Pham Cao Bang found nearly 4 million VND and some personal papers in the name of Le Thi Oanh, born in 1981, residing in Ba Dinh ward, Bim Son town, Thanh Hoa province.

Senior Lieutenant Pham Cao Bang reported the incident to the unit's leadership and coordinated with authorities to search for and return the property to the people.

By the afternoon of October 25, 2023, Senior Lieutenant Pham Cao Bang and the Traffic Police Department contacted Ms. Le Thi Oanh and invited her to the Police Department to hand over the above assets to her.

Receiving the property back, Ms. Oanh was very moved, expressing her deep gratitude for the work of Senior Lieutenant Pham Cao Bang and the Traffic Police Department, Provincial Police. Although the amount of money and property was not large, the work demonstrated the spirit of integrity and non-greed of the officers and soldiers of the People's Police; as well as contributing to spreading and propagating the beautiful image of the Ninh Binh Police soldiers in the hearts of the people as well as the good things that always exist in life...
