On real estate trading sites, the selling price of villas at The Victoria project in Vinhomes Golden River urban area is currently around 1 billion VND/m2. This price is ranked among the most expensive in Ho Chi Minh City today.
The Victoria belongs to Vinhomes Golden River urban area located right in the center of District 1, inside Nguyen Huu Canh street, overlooking the Saigon River. Metro Line 1 (Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien) runs through the urban area and Ba Son station is located right below the project area.
The Victoria is introduced to include 55 single and twin villas with areas ranging from 225m2 to 437m2, designed with a basement, ground floor and 3 floors. Therefore, the largest villas in the project are priced at nearly 500 billion VND.
Announced for sale since late 2016, by the end of 2018, the strategic distribution unit announced that almost all of the products had been sold out.
The villa area is located on a riverside plot of land, surrounded by high-rise projects (Photo taken in November 2022).
The exterior of the villas in the project has been basically completed. Some are occupied. Some are still vacant.
Around this villa area, there are still some high-rise projects of other investors being implemented and completed. The prices of these apartments are also among the most expensive in Ho Chi Minh City, up to 300-400 million VND/m2.
Next to the villa area, there are also high-rise apartment buildings in the Vinhomes Golden River urban area. This apartment complex has been handed over and used for several years now.
