The slaughterhouse owner only rents the premises and the work serving the pig slaughtering such as boiling water, slaughtering table, clean water... On average, the slaughterhouse slaughters about 30 pigs per day, of which the Joint Stock Company's ranges from 10 to 17 pigs. The slaughterhouse owner collects 40,000 VND for the premises to slaughter each pig.

When pigs leave the warehouse, they are fully inspected and quarantined. On the way to My Xuyen, pigs are inspected by the veterinary quarantine stations of the agricultural sector. When pigs arrive at the slaughterhouse, they are inspected again to ensure safety before being slaughtered.

During the slaughtering process, the Company's staff closely monitors each stage and step to ensure hygiene and safety. After the slaughter, a specialized vehicle will transport the pigs to 4 CP Fresh Shop stores in Soc Trang and Bach Hoa Xanh stores. If any sick pigs are found, they will be separated and treated according to veterinary regulations.
