Can Tho fireworks on National Day September 2

In addition to meaningful and practical activities, Can Tho City also organized artistic fireworks to celebrate National Day September 2.

Can Tho City People's Committee has just issued a plan to organize activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

Accordingly, Can Tho city organized many meaningful activities such as visiting martyrs' cemeteries in Can Tho city, Hau Giang, Soc Trang (old) and My Xuyen martyrs' cemetery (old Soc Trang ); offering incense at Uncle Ho's temple (Luong Tam commune) and at Uncle Ho's monument (Ninh Kieu ward).

The meeting and art program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam were held at Tay Do Park on the evening of August 29.

Next, at 9:30 p.m. is the fireworks display.

Along with the festival activities, Can Tho city also organized groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for large-scale projects and works with celebratory significance, including projects eligible to participate in the nationwide online groundbreaking ceremony on August 19 under the direction of the Prime Minister.
