After paying, Ms. C. received a text message from a personal phone number informing her that the "membership card has been successfully activated" with a maintenance fee of 4.6 million VND per month and that the money would be automatically deducted if she did not cancel the subscription. The text message title was "(TB) BUU DIEN VIET NAM", causing Ms. C. to mistakenly believe that this information was sent by the Vietnam Post Corporation.

Immediately after receiving the first information from the customer, Vietnam Post instructed the customer to report the incident to the police, and will closely coordinate to investigate, trace and strictly handle law violators.
