According to the Department of Education and Training, in Da Nang City, there are 13,561 candidates registered to take the 2024 high school graduation exam. Of these, 12,853 candidates registered to take the exam for both graduation recognition and college and university admission; 605 candidates took the exam only for college and university admission and 103 candidates took the exam for high school graduation.

The Department of Education and Training mobilized 1,389 teachers as exam invigilators, 282 as supervisors, and 112 police and security officers.

The examination sites also developed a backup plan to proactively support candidates in unfortunate situations of health problems.

The members of the local steering committee must fulfill their responsibilities to the maximum extent to minimize errors. In addition, in some previous exams, when asked, some candidates leaked or leaked the exam questions during the exam without realizing that they were committing a criminal offense. Therefore, when disseminating the exam regulations to candidates, it is necessary to emphasize the importance and confidentiality of the exam questions.

Mr. Giang also noted the situation where the police force participating in exam protection violated exam regulations such as using cell phones in the exam area.
