At around 6:52 a.m., at the exam site of Cam Giang II High School, Tan Truong Commune (Cam Giang), candidate Le Van Trung (born in 2007, in Cam Giang Town (Cam Giang) showed signs of stiffness in his limbs.

Realizing the emergency situation, the working group of the Traffic Police Department, Hai Duong Provincial Police on duty at this exam site quickly coordinated with medical staff to take Trung to the Cam Giang District Medical Center by police car.

At 7:25 a.m. the same day, Trung's health was stable, and the traffic police helped bring him back to the exam room.
