In recent days, the Cao Bang Provincial Military Command has mobilized hundreds of officers and soldiers to help people respond to storm No. 11 and overcome the consequences of floods in Thuc Phan ward and other localities in Cao Bang.

Officers and soldiers organized a general cleaning to collect garbage, level mud, remove fallen trees, and clear sewers on some streets in Thuc Phan ward (Cao Bang province).

In addition, soldiers helped people prop up valuable items such as refrigerators, wardrobes, electric motorbikes... to prevent rising water from causing flooding and property damage.

Officers and soldiers of the Cao Bang Provincial Military Command strive to help people overcome the consequences of storm No. 11.

Currently, the water level is rising, causing flooding in many houses along the Bang Giang river bank.

The Provincial Military Command has supplemented and adjusted search and rescue plans, ensuring quick mobility, close coordination with local authorities, and timely handling of emergency situations (currently there are more than 230 points at risk of landslides and flash floods in the province).

The Provincial Military Command shall, based on the actual situation, propose timely supplements to ensure that disaster relief and recovery work is implemented effectively and closely meets actual needs.
