By 2030, the average income per capita will reach 75 to 80 million VND/year; 19/53 communes will meet new rural standards (about 36% of total communes); more than 90% of communes will achieve a People's Happiness Index of 90 points or higher...
Speaking at the congress, Comrade Quan Minh Cuong, Secretary of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, called on all cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, soldiers of the armed forces, the business community and people of all ethnic groups in Cao Bang to actively participate in the congress. compete, make emulation a voluntary and regular action in labor, production, study and work.
Heads of Party committees, authorities, agencies, units and localities must be exemplary and responsible for the quality of emulation movements in their localities, sectors and fields.
