Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy: Proactively and actively prepare for the 4th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism

On the afternoon of September 11, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy chaired a meeting of the Organizing Committee of the 4th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025. At the meeting, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Duc Trung reported on the progress of preparations for the organization of the 4th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025.

According to Mr. Le Duc Trung, immediately after the meeting of the Organizing Committee of the Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry on September 4, 2025, the agencies and units urgently implemented the assigned tasks in the Congress Organization Plan.

Regarding the progress of implementing the tasks of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Director Le Duc Trung said that the Department is implementing and submitting to the Ministry's leaders a report summarizing the patriotic emulation movement and commendation work for the period 2021 - 2025; directions and tasks of emulation and commendation work for the period 2025 - 2030; Plan to Launch the Ministry's patriotic emulation movement for the period 2025-2030 and other documents.

At the meeting, leaders and representatives of units under the Ministry also reported specifically on preparations for the 4th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025.

In particular, regarding information and propaganda work, the Culture Newspaper and the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism - Center for Digital Transformation of Culture, Sports and Tourism have deployed many articles to propagate Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on the Patriotic Emulation Congress, the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws on emulation and rewards.

The Culture Newspaper and the Ministry's Electronic Information Portal have opened columns on the Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism with many news and articles related to the Congress.

After listening to opinions and concluding the meeting, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy commended and highly appreciated the proactiveness and positivity of the units under the Ministry in preparing for the 4th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025.

Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy also noted that units need to focus more on performing assigned tasks and not delay progress.

Reiterating specific requirements for each unit, Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy requested that when implementing tasks, it is necessary to set the highest goals and not lower professional quality.

The 4th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism was held to evaluate the results of patriotic emulation movements since the 3rd Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism with the theme "Solidarity, creativity, emulation to build and defend the Fatherland"; contribute to the implementation of political tasks, cultural and social development; set out directions and tasks to promote emulation movements and carry out commendation work in the period of 2025-2030.

At the same time, commend the achievements of emulation movements and honor collectives and individuals of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism with outstanding achievements, awarded the title of "National Emulation Fighter", "Ministry-level Emulation Fighter", typical advanced and exemplary models to create motivation in successfully implementing the political tasks of the Ministry, thereby arousing and promoting the strength of the great solidarity bloc, creating motivation to successfully implement the tasks of the Ministry.
