1.82m tall Tay Ninh boy shows off his body before competing in Mister International

(Dan Tri) - Before the 2025 Mister International contest in Thailand, Doan Cong Vinh not only attracted attention with his muscular body but also brought with him an inspirational story about his journey of self-change.

Doan Cong Vinh (born 1999) from Tay Ninh was in the top 10 of the Man Of The World 2024 contest. He is preparing to try his hand at a more prestigious international beauty pageant: Mr. International 2025.

With a height of 1.82m, weight of 77kg, and body measurements of 98-76-98, Vinh makes a strong impression with his toned body and masculine face.

To prepare for the competition, Cong Vinh has made a strict training and eating schedule. Every day, he spends 3 hours training his body, combined with a diet rich in protein, green vegetables, and limited sweets and fats. The goal is to have a balanced body, clear muscles and no excess fat under the skin.

Besides, he also constantly practices catwalk to have the most confident and professional demeanor.

Few people know that, before having the ideal body and confidence as he has now, Doan Cong Vinh used to be a skinny, weak and energy-poor boy. The constant fatigue made him fall into a state of depression, bored with himself, and even did not have enough energy to care about the life around him.

About 7 years ago, he realized that if he wanted a better life, he had to start by changing himself. With determination, Cong Vinh planned to train, but it was a difficult journey. He had to save every penny to have the funds to pursue his passion.

Overcoming fatigue and times when he wanted to give up, he always told himself: "If I stop today, tomorrow will be the same." It was his strong will that helped him overcome all obstacles, turning despair into motivation.

Cong Vinh shared: "I really want to bring a message to the contest and spread it that young people should not wait until they are perfect to start. Start with the smallest steps, and the results will come. Be a little persistent every day, and you will be surprised at the better version of yourself."

Mr International is one of the largest male beauty pageants in the world, comparable to Mister World. The contest was established in 2006, to honor the beauty, intelligence and qualities of men around the world.

The final night of the Mr. International 2025 contest is scheduled to take place on September 26 in Thailand.
