According to BWACO, recently, the unit has received many complaints from customers about the appearance of subjects impersonating water supply staff. These subjects have made phone calls to notify changes in water usage standards, request customers to pay for water and suggest customers connect via Zalo for online support.

BWACO affirms that this is a fake and fraudulent act aimed at appropriating personal information and assets. The unit only contacts customers via calls displaying the "BWACO" brand.

To protect the rights and information security of the people, BWACO requests the People's Committees of communes and wards to support the dissemination and dissemination of warning content through local media channels (Zalo groups of groups/neighborhoods, neighborhood bulletin boards, Zalo pages, Facebook of wards and communes...) so that local people can grasp the above information.

At the same time, BWACO also said that it will coordinate promptly and quickly to prevent and stop fraudulent acts, contributing to protecting security, order and safety for the community.
