In Cao Bang, the activity will take place at the provincial level and 53 commune-level points. Of which, the provincial level point will take place at Km5 Square, Thuc Phan Ward, with the participation of officials, civil servants, and public employees of agencies; officers and soldiers of the armed forces, businesses, students, and people of the 3 wards of Thuc Phan, Nung Tri Cao, and Tan Giang.
Up to now, preparations for the event have been basically completed, ready for the activities taking place on the morning of August 16.
“Moving Forward with Vietnam” is a nationwide walking activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), National Day September 2 (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) and Traditional Day of the People's Public Security (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025).
The activity is jointly organized by Nhan Dan Newspaper and the Ministry of Public Security . The activity will take place simultaneously in 34 provinces and cities with 3,321 communes, wards and administrative zones nationwide from 6:00 to 7:30 a.m. on August 16.
This is a practical activity responding to the campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho" and the movement "Healthy to build and protect the Fatherland".
At the same time, the activity is a journey of millions of hearts beating in unison - a place where all generations and all classes of people from central to local levels, from urban to rural, mountainous, remote and isolated areas converge. Each locality contributes its strength to join the great goal: for a united, strong Vietnam, ready to step into a new era - an era of national aspirations, of the spirit of progress for a powerful future.
In addition, each step recorded through the campaign's digital platform will become a "green step" - a small but meaningful action that contributes to reducing carbon emissions, raising awareness of environmental protection and moving towards the country's Net Zero goal.
