In recent years, black jelly has had a fairly high price, from 45-50 thousand VND/kg, so people have had a good harvest from growing black jelly, helping households develop and escape poverty very well”.
Currently, the localities with the largest black jelly growing areas in Cao Bang province are Dong Khe commune; Canh Tan commune; Minh Khai commune; Kim Dong commune; Kim Dong commune; Duc Long commune... To produce large quantities and ensure quality, I invest in modern machinery combined with traditional manual production methods to produce quality products. Although Le Thuy black jelly products do not use preservatives or colorants, they still create color, deliciousness and toughness. In 2020, Le Thuy black jelly achieved the 3-star OCOP standard at the provincial level, and was awarded the "Golden Agricultural Brand in 2022" by the Vietnam General Association of Agriculture and Rural Development. With its outstanding quality, the product has had many opportunities to participate in trade promotion activities, promote the brand and introduce products to many customers across the country.
