At around 11am on November 9, at km31 of the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway (through Hung Yen province), a cow suddenly appeared on the highway, very dangerous for vehicles participating in traffic. People reported it to the authorities.
After receiving the news, the authorities arrived at the scene, set up temporary barriers, and temporarily banned vehicles from passing through the area to avoid danger to traffic participants.
The incident caused traffic congestion on the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway from Hai Phong to Hanoi. At around 11:30, authorities removed the stray cow from the highway and traffic in the congested area returned to normal.
