The "hit-making wizard" couple behind EXO, Red Velvet, Aespa will train Vietnamese contestants

As the powerful duo of A-Top, the leading company in the field of training for Korean giant groups such as EXO, Red Velvet, aespa, BTS, Super Junior..., the two will take on the role of vocal coaches for the program.

The reason for inviting international coaches to join the program is because the producer of "All-round Rookie" wants to create a band capable of performing in domestic and international markets, along with an international standard training model by experts with experience in training high-class bands.

Under the selection of training and development director Hyuk Shin, two music experts Jinyoung Jang and Sungpil Kim officially joined the program's trainee training team as vocal trainers.

Before becoming a vocal coach, Jinyoung Jang was a singer and former member of the famous Korean boy band Black Beat. He spent some time as a trainee with the members of Fly to the Sky, the first generation of K-pop.

In 2013, Jinyoung Jang founded A-Top Company, took on the role of general director, and became a vocal trainer at SM Entertainment around the same time.

Joining hands with Jinyoung Jang, Sungil Kim accompanies the “All-Rookie” as a vocal coach. He takes on the position of Director of A-Top Company, a vocal coach at SM Entertainment.

Sungil Kim is also a close friend of Jinyoung Jang in the industry as the two always accompany each other in developing musical activities. He and A-Top Company have collaborated with units such as The Black Label, SM, HYBE, Yuehua Entertainment, Avex (Japan), TF (China), KOZ, Kakao M, Cre.ker Entertainment, FNC Entertainment, CJ E&M, Woollim Entertainment, CUBE...

Before that, Sungil Kim's career flourished and developed thanks to his immortal and famous soundtracks for the Korean television industry.

Many of his famous works from 2004 to 2028 include Couple of Trouble, Goodbye Solo, Love and war, I'm sorry, I love you... With experience collaborating and working with DBSK, Super Junior... Sungil Kim promises to bring useful musical knowledge to the contestants.

The producer affirmed that "All-round Rookie" is not only a reality TV show searching for the next generation, but also shows serious investment in training and coaching Vietnamese artists to reach the world level.
