Terminating the validity of all documents on land donation for road construction to separate plots in Bao Loc and Bao Lam

(LĐ online) - Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Tran Hong Thai signed Document No. 4322 on terminating the entire validity of Document No. 4791/UBND-DC dated June 30, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee on handling the results of inspection and review of land donation areas to form traffic routes for plot separation in Bao Loc City and Bao Lam District.

Document No. 4791 of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee stipulates that organizations and individuals who donate land for road construction and land division and separation for real estate business purposes must establish an enterprise or cooperative and prepare an investment project for appraisal and approval of investment policy according to regulations.

Real estate investment projects must be consistent with housing development programs and plans approved by the Provincial People's Committee. The construction of traffic routes in the land donation area must be consistent with urban planning, construction planning, traffic planning; comply with current relevant standards, norms and regulations and must be granted construction permits according to regulations.

In addition, Document No. 4791 also directs the handling of a number of other issues related to land donation, road construction and land division that have been taking place in Bao Loc City and Bao Lam District but have not complied with legal regulations.

According to Document No. 4322 of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee which has just been issued, all contents of Document No. 4791 mentioned above will be terminated. Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Agriculture and Environment to handle or propose handling of arising issues (if any) related to this termination of the entire validity.

Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee also requested departments, branches, localities and related organizations and individuals to base on the provisions of the 2024 Land Law; detailed regulations and instructions for the implementation of the Land Law to deploy land records and procedures in accordance with current laws.
