THE PARTY CELL OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ETHNICITY AND RELIGION ORGANIZED THEMATIC ACTIVITY NO. 4 IN 2025: "CADDERS AND PARTY MEMBERS CONTINUE TO FULFILL THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SETTING EXAMPLES; OVERCOME THE SITUATION OF FEAR OF RESPONSIBILITY AND NOT DARING TO DO"

Implementing Plan No. 22-KH/CB dated April 20, 2025 of the Party Cell of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions on thematic activities in 2025. On the morning of October 3, 2025, the Party Cell of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions organized thematic activity No. 4 with the theme: "Cadres and Party members continue to fulfill their responsibilities as role models; overcome the situation of being afraid of responsibility and not daring to do things". Comrade Pham Duc Huan, Secretary of the Party Cell chaired the activity.

The introductory report deeply analyzed the significance of setting an example for cadres and party members following Ho Chi Minh's thought; clarified the advantages and initial results in implementing Regulation No. 144-QD/TW of the Politburo on revolutionary ethical standards. In addition, the report frankly pointed out the limitations such as some cadres and party members still showing avoidance, indecisiveness, fear of mistakes, and fear of responsibility. The content of the topic is assessed as practical, with clear orientation value for Party building work, especially in the current situation.

In a democratic and open atmosphere, party members participated in lively discussions. Many opinions focused on solutions to enhance the exemplary role of leaders, promote the spirit of daring to think, daring to do; at the same time, propose to strengthen inspection, supervision, and strictly handle the situation of shirking responsibility. Some opinions emphasized the need for a mechanism to protect and encourage cadres to innovate and create for the common good, avoiding the mentality of "safety, not doing is not wrong". Opinions were unanimous in the opinion that topic No. 4 touched on the key issue, which has a direct impact on the quality and effectiveness of implementing the agency's political tasks.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Pham Duc Huan, Secretary of the Party Cell, highly appreciated the spirit of preparation and participation of the Party members; affirmed that the topic has helped raise awareness, responsibility to set an example and the consciousness to overcome the fear of responsibility in each cadre and Party member. He emphasized: in the coming time, each Party member needs to develop a specific action plan, linking the responsibility to set an example with the implementation of assigned tasks; promote the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness, creativity, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, contributing to building a clean and strong Party Cell of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions.
