How to make beef noodle soup


Step 1: Wash the beef brisket and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into pieces. Soak the dry rice noodles until soft. Photo: Thanh Hue

Step 2: Put the beef in a bowl, add salt, sugar, pepper, five-spice powder, beef stew powder, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes to absorb the spices.

Step 3: Saute onion and garlic, add marinated beef and stir-fry until cooked, add a little annatto oil for a nice color.

Step 4: Add the stir-fried beef, potatoes, and carrots to the pot, add enough water to cover and simmer for 15 minutes. After releasing the pressure, season to taste.
