Passengers can follow the official information channels of the railway industry to update train operation status.

In case passenger trains are delayed for more than 120 minutes due to storms and floods, the railway industry will organize free meals for passengers on board.

For passengers with tickets for suspended trips, the railway industry will organize the refund of train tickets without any fees. The maximum time to return tickets at the station is 30 days from the date of travel stated on the ticket.

The railway industry is continuing to closely monitor the storm's developments, coordinating with relevant authorities to promptly inform passengers and operate trains safely and smoothly.

Previously, due to the impact of storm No. 11, the railway industry had to stop running international passenger trains MR1/MR2 to Nanning (China) on October 5 and 6, 2025 to ensure operational and passenger safety.
