Regional Tax Department XVI: Total tax revenue reached 62.7% of the year's estimate

(BDO) According to the Regional Tax Department XVI, in the first 6 months of 2025, the total tax revenue paid to the State budget of the 3 localities of Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, and Tay Ninh is estimated to reach over 46,511 billion VND, reaching 62.7% of the 2025 estimate, an increase of 25.8% over the same period in 2024. The 3 localities of Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, and Tay Ninh all had increased domestic tax revenue compared to the same period in 2024, of which Binh Duong increased by 27.6%, Binh Phuoc increased by 30.2%, and Tay Ninh increased by 13.5%.

From now until the end of the year, the Regional Tax Department XVI will focus on implementing the 2025 inspection and examination plan; effectively implementing inspection and examination work on thematic topics to prevent revenue loss in areas with high tax risks such as related-party transactions, capital transfers, e-commerce, digital business, value-added tax refunds, fraudulent use of electronic invoices, etc. to effectively exploit the proposed revenue sources in 2025.
