Cho Don organizes trial operation of new commune-level government apparatus

BBK - On the afternoon of June 17, Cho Don commune (new) organized a trial operation of the new organizational apparatus of the commune-level political system, including: Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Commune Public Administration Service Center.

Attending the event were comrade Luong Duc Thang, Standing Committee member, Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee.

The trial operation took place in the context of the new Cho Don commune being arranged according to Resolution No. 1683/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated June 16, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the 15th National Assembly , on the basis of merging Bang Lung town and Bang Lang, Phuong Vien and Ngoc Phai communes.

During the trial operation, Cho Don commune organized the first meeting of the Party Executive Committee of the commune, term 2025-2030; the first session of the People's Council of the commune; the first meeting of the People's Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune; and at the same time put the Commune Public Administration Service Center into trial operation.

At the first meeting of the Party Executive Committee of the commune, delegates thoroughly grasped the guiding documents of the Central and the province; announced the decision to establish the Party Committee of the commune, the decision to appoint the Party Executive Committee of the commune and the Party Committee Inspection Committee; at the same time discussed and approved the working regulations and the first resolution of the Party Executive Committee of the commune for the 2025-2030 term.

During the trial operation, Cho Don commune held the first session of the Commune People's Council.

The first session of the Commune People's Council reviewed the contents related to the establishment of People's Council committees, establishment of specialized agencies under the People's Committee, and implementation of processes and procedures on organization and personnel work in the new apparatus.

Along with that, the Cho Don Commune Public Administration Service Center has been put into trial operation, initially receiving and processing administrative records and procedures for people, ensuring smooth, continuous and uninterrupted operation.

There is not much time left until the official end of the district-level administrative unit and the new commune-level government apparatus comes into operation (from July 1, 2025). Therefore, Cho Don district requests units and localities to urgently complete the trial operation of the apparatus on June 18. The operation must be carried out seriously, with quality, and close to reality to ensure that the new apparatus operates effectively and stably from the first days of official operation./.
