On June 17 , Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired a meeting to listen to and give opinions on the Project to improve the quality of professional civil servants directly advising the Party Building Committees, the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee Office, for the period 2023 - 2025, with a vision to 2030.
The project to improve the quality of the team of professional civil servants directly advising at the Party Building Committees, the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, for the period 2023 - 2025, with a vision to 2030 , is being implemented to build a team of specialized civil servants, meeting the requirements of quantity, quality, and structure according to the requirements of job positions both in the short and long term. Forming a team of civil servants and experts in key sectors and fields with competitive advantages of the province. At the same time, through that, to develop a team of young civil servants, adapting to the integration trend, capable of working in an international environment, creating a source of young successors "virtuous, talented".
To ensure the quality and practicality of the Project, Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, requested that the staff team implementing the Project be strengthened. Each agency and unit must send cadres to participate in the Project team. Along with assessing the current situation, it is also necessary to assess the quality of the staff work of the professional civil servants and must assess each agency and unit. The process of assessing cadres for rotation and secondment must focus on the level of Head and Deputy Head of Department.
Regarding the solution, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Project implementation team to specify the criteria and conditions for selecting, receiving and recruiting cadres in each agency and each block. Regarding the reception, civil servants must have at least 3 years of working experience in fields related to the job position to be accepted. The Project also needs to propose mechanisms and policies to motivate the civil servant team to contribute and grow.
The Provincial Party Committee Organizing Committee will receive comments and contributions at the meeting and finalize the Project in June, so that by early July 2023 it will report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for comments.
