Regarding the incident where students whose houses are close to the school are still not allowed to attend, the Head of the Education and Training Department of Nam Tu Liem District, Bui Ngoc Kinh, said that tomorrow, August 23rd, the Department will issue an official announcement on the plan to address the educational aspirations of parents who wish to transfer their children to Tay Mo 3 Primary School.

The plan for addressing the educational aspirations of students wishing to transfer to Tay Mo 3 Primary School was announced on August 23rd.

According to the Department of Education and Training of Nam Tu Liem District, Tay Mo 3 Primary School is a public school built with public investment from Nam Tu Liem District, and was separated from Tay Mo Primary School.

The enrollment of first-grade students for the 2024-2025 school year will be carried out in accordance with regulations, on schedule, and targeting the correct students based on the designated school zones.

The enrollment process was organized by Tay Mo Primary School, as Tay Mo 3 Primary School had not yet completed its administrative structure at the time of enrollment.

After completing the enrollment process, Tay Mo 3 Primary School has a total of 1,111 students, including 460 first-grade students, with the remainder in grades 2, 3, 4, and 5.

On August 21st, an additional 524 applications were received from parents wishing for their children to transfer to Tay Mo 3 Primary School (mainly students in grades 2, 3, 4, and 5).

Mr. Bui Ngoc Kinh stated that, following the direction of the District People's Committee, the Department is urgently coordinating with the Tay Mo Ward People's Committee and relevant units to review, compile, and classify the subjects, and report to the District People's Committee to implement a plan to resolve the issue and ensure the legitimate rights of students according to regulations.

After the solution is approved by the District People's Committee, the Department of Education and Training of Nam Tu Liem District, the People's Committee of Tay Mo Ward, and Tay Mo 3 Primary School will notify parents on August 23rd.
