During the day and night of July 27, the southern area of ​​the North East Sea (including Hoang Sa special zone) and the central area of ​​the East Sea, the sea area from Gia Lai to Ho Chi Minh City will have strong southwest winds of level 6, gusting to level 7-8, waves 2-4m high, rough seas.

Armed forces units, departments, branches, localities and relevant units closely monitor disaster forecasts and warnings, as well as daily weather reports, storm, tornado, lightning warnings, etc. to proactively handle possible situations; be ready to deploy disaster prevention and control plans.

Management boards and investors of projects under construction are ready to deploy plans to prevent heavy rain for projects; deploy measures to prevent flooding and clear water flows for residential areas due to unfinished projects.

The People's Committees of wards and communes continue to review and be ready to deploy plans to prevent and combat natural disasters; inform people about natural disaster situations so that they can proactively respond; mobilize people to clear and not obstruct the flow of canals and water intakes in front of their houses to improve drainage efficiency; proactively check and review areas at high risk of landslides, flash floods and flash floods to prepare evacuation plans to ensure safety.

The Department of Construction presides over and coordinates with relevant units to direct the implementation of plans to prevent flooding and clear drainage ditches.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and localities inform units, headquarters, tourism infrastructure and tourists about natural disasters; request localities, tourist areas and outdoor entertainment areas to ensure safety for tourists and infrastructure when natural disasters occur.

Localities and units managing reservoirs regularly and closely monitor the water level of reservoirs, organize safety inspections of reservoirs in the area; prepare forces, means and equipment to promptly handle incidents, ensure safety of works, and protect the lives and property of people in the reservoir area and downstream of dams...
