According to the Prime Minister's request, by June 30, 2025, all leaders, officials, and civil servants of ministries, branches, and localities (provincial, district, and communal levels) must process work records online and use digital identity cards to resolve work. Currently, localities and state agencies in the province are reviewing and registering to issue digital identity cards to all officials and civil servants of the unit.
