Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance, was warned by the Central Inspection Committee .
At the 29th session (from June 12 to 15), the Central Inspection Committee also warned Mr. Le Van Nghi, Vice Chairman, Head of the Inspection Committee, Director of the Center for Biotechnology; Nguyen Van Thinh, Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance .
Three other people were reprimanded, including: Nguyen Manh Cuong, member of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Cooperative Development Support Fund; Trinh Xuan Ngoc, member of the Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief of the Party Committee Office, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organization and Personnel Committee; Nguyen Hung Tien, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Head of the Party Committee Inspection Committee, Head of the Economic and Investment Committee, Vietnam Cooperative Alliance.
The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance for the 2020-2025 term was also reprimanded.
The Central Inspection Committee proposed that the Secretariat consider and discipline the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms.

In February 2023, the Central Inspection Commission concluded that the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance violated the working regulations, organizational and operational principles of the Party, especially the principles of democratic centralism, self-criticism, criticism, and the principle of solidarity and unity within the Party.
The Party Committee of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance has allowed internal disunity, lack of responsibility, lax leadership and direction, allowing the Alliance and many organizations and individuals to violate Party regulations and State laws in the work of organizing cadres, emulation and rewards, and in the management and use of land, finance, assets, and investment projects.
Responsibility for the above violations belongs to the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance for the terms 2015-2020, 2020-2025; the Party Committee of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance for the term 2020-2025 and 6 individuals.
