Authorized bythe President , Deputy Head of the Office of the President Pham Thanh Ha announced the President's decision to appoint Can Dinh Tai and Nguyen Hoang Anh, Assistant to the President Luong Cuong, and Nguyen Dung Tien, Assistant to the Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan to the positions of Deputy Heads of the Office of the President.

Presenting the decision and congratulating the appointed comrades, President Luong Cuong said that, through practical assessment, the appointed comrades are cadres with strong political will, good moral qualities, well-trained, theoretical thinking, good qualifications and professional skills. The comrades have been trained and tested in many different positions. In particular, in their positions as Assistants to senior leaders of the Party and State, the comrades have clearly demonstrated their qualities and abilities, solidarity and good coordination, upholding a sense of responsibility, a serious and open-minded working spirit, completing well the assigned tasks, serving the President and Vice President to perform well the tasks and powers according to the provisions of the Constitution and laws, contributing to the common achievements of the country in recent years.

The President emphasized that this is a very important milestone, a great honor and pride for the three comrades personally, and also a common joy for the Office of the President; at the same time, it demonstrates the trust, expectation, recognition and appreciation of the Party and State leaders for the contributions, efforts and attempts in the work of the comrades in recent years.

Emphasizing that this is an honor but also a heavier responsibility, the President requested the three newly appointed comrades to continue to strive and make more efforts. The Office's leadership, especially the newly appointed comrades, must always be highly aware of the assigned responsibilities, together build a united, unified, responsible, disciplined collective, especially pay attention to and promote the spirit of solidarity, this is the foundation for all successes, a prerequisite for completing assigned political tasks; coordinate well with agencies, especially the 4 Central Offices increasingly closely and practically, contributing to improving the effectiveness of performing the functions and tasks of each agency in strategic advisory work and serving the Party and State leadership.

The President requested that the appointed comrades always thoroughly grasp the Party's policies and resolutions; the provisions of the Constitution, laws as well as the regulations, functions and tasks of the Office of the President; at the same time, grasp the practical situation, coordinate closely, proactively, organize work methodically, and maintain the principle of performing tasks better and more effectively.

The President emphasized that in their new positions, the appointed comrades need to continue to hone their political mettle, maintain their revolutionary qualities and ethics; promote their abilities, strengths and knowledge, uphold their sense of responsibility, be proactive, flexible, and innovative in their work, improve their management, forecasting and advisory capacities to provide timely, accurate and accurate advice, contributing to building a lean, strong and efficient Office of the President.

The President noted that the development of comrades, in addition to personal efforts and the attention of leaders, also has the companionship and support of all cadres, civil servants and employees of the Office of the President. Deputy Head of the Office of the President Nguyen Hoang Anh emphasized that working under the leadership and direction of President Luong Cuong, comrades learned a lot from the strategic thinking, far-sighted vision, close-knit, strong, decisive style, courage and impartial spirit in the work of the President with very specific, methodical and formal instructions and guidance in the activities of the Office of the President.
