On the morning of April 18, 2023, at the Presidential Palace,President Vo Van Thuong received Mr. Bader Almatrooshi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates and Mr. Sergio Nerea Guzmán, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Chile, who came to present their credentials on the occasion of assuming their new term of office in Vietnam.
