The Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee has just issued an official dispatch requesting Party committees under the Provincial Party Committee and Khanh Hoa Newspaper to urgently implement Official Dispatch No. 82/2025 of the Prime Minister on continuing to promote the peak of the fight to prevent and repel smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and infringement of intellectual property rights; Notice No. 280/2025 of the Government Office on the conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son, Head of the National Steering Committee for Prevention and Control of Smuggling, Trade Fraud and Counterfeit Goods at the meeting with members of the Steering Committee.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested Party committees at all levels under the Provincial Party Committee to continue to strengthen leadership and direction of the local political system to proactively and actively implement tasks to combat smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and infringement of intellectual property rights in accordance with the direction in Official Dispatch No. 82 and Notice No. 280; resolutely prevent and repel negative phenomena, strictly handle cadres and Party members who have degraded political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle; closely combine the Party's inspection and supervision work with specialized inspection. At the same time, further promote the supervisory role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, people, and press agencies to promptly detect, correct, rectify, and overcome limitations and shortcomings; Strictly handle officials, civil servants, organizations and individuals who have irresponsible, corrupt, negative, lax leadership and management, and violate regulations in the fight against smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods and infringement of intellectual property rights.
The Provincial Party Committee led the Provincial People's Committee to direct relevant departments and branches to coordinate with functional forces (Border Guard, Police, Customs, Market Management) to continue to promote the peak period of inspection and control, focusing on items that are prone to violations such as: Milk, pharmaceuticals, food, functional foods. In particular, strengthen strict control at key routes and areas, not to form hot spots, smuggling hotspots; promptly detect and strictly handle violations, and at the same time strictly handle cadres, civil servants, and officers who show signs of moral degradation, corruption, cover-up, and abetting, in accordance with the spirit of "handling one case, warning the whole region, the whole field", "no forbidden areas, no exceptions".
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also requested Khanh Hoa Newspaper and press and media agencies in the province to coordinate with functional agencies to strengthen information and propaganda about the harmful effects and consequences of smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and intellectual property violations; increase the time, open a column to propagate and warn about methods and tricks of violations; strictly manage and control to prevent false advertising; promptly commend typical examples and effective models, and criticize negative and irresponsible manifestations that affect the effectiveness of political tasks.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee assigned the Provincial Party Committee to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to monitor and urge the implementation of Official Dispatch No. 82 and Notice No. 280; conduct a preliminary review and evaluation of the results of the peak period, and report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to synthesize and report to central agencies according to regulations.
