The competition was attended by 12 teams with more than 200 cultural and artistic cores from agencies and units in the entire brigade. Each team drew lots and performed 2 out of 15 military songs and 1 song about the Navy's traditions. The criteria for evaluating the results were that each team had to sing with the correct lyrics, music, loud and clear, with investment in choreography, accompaniment, and creativity appropriate to the content of the performance.
With a spirit of dedication, the teams have staged elaborate performances, performed exceptionally, and combined 5 dances in collective activities. Along with the enthusiastic cheers of the audience, the teams brought to the competition a united and joyful atmosphere, demonstrating the enthusiasm and excitement of the officers and soldiers of the submarine force.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 3 third prizes to the teams with the best performances. The competition is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 14th anniversary of the Brigade's founding (June 20, 2011 - June 20, 2025); to welcome the 14th Congress of the Navy Party Committee; and to contribute to assessing the quality of learning the prescribed songs of the Vietnam People's Army by officers and soldiers of the entire brigade.
