81 children participate in the Summer Camp to experience and grow

(LĐ online) - On the morning of June 17, the Lam Dong Provincial Youth Activity Center held the opening ceremony of the 2025 Summer Camp for Experience and Growth, with the participation of 81 campers from localities across the province.

The Experience and Growth Summer Camp is an annual activity organized by the Provincial Youth Activity Center, aiming to create a healthy and useful playground for children aged 8-14 during the summer. At the same time, it helps children practice life skills, enhance their sense of responsibility and community awareness through practical experience activities.

The campers are divided into eight platoons.

The summer camp takes place from June 17 to 22, at two locations: Da Lat city and Cam Lam district, Khanh Hoa province. During the 6 days, through a series of exciting and practical activities, campers will participate in topics related to Life skills and survival skills; education on traditions, gratitude and discipline; sports, art and creative activities; exploring nature, picnics, big games; fire prevention, escape, self-defense and situation handling skills...

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Trinh Thi Loan - Director of Lam Dong Province Youth Activity Center, Head of the Summer Camp Organizing Committee said: "This year's summer camp is designed as a colorful journey of experience, where campers not only learn with reason but also with emotions and experiences with life.

In particular, the combination of Da Lat mountains and Cam Lam sea and sky gives the program a very unique color: both profound and vibrant with unexpected challenges. The children will participate in collective activities, connecting through each activity, each meal, each sleep, to realize that maturity is knowing how to love, share and live with discipline.

The 2025 Experiential and Maturity Summer Camp continues to affirm the effectiveness of the experiential education model for young people in the province, providing a comprehensive training and skills education environment, contributing to building a dynamic, compassionate and courageous young generation.
