On November 12, Mr. Vo Van Hung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province, said that after receiving information from Tuoi Tre Online , he directed Dong Ha City Police to immediately handle the matter of the gas company in Nam Dong Ha Industrial Park being blocked from doing business for more than 2 months.

"Any disputes should be handled by civil law. There should be no acts that cause public disorder. And there should be no impact on the business environment of enterprises," said Mr. Hung.

According to information from Dong Ha City Police, this unit has invited 2 companies to work. Here, Dong Ha City Police requested the group of company representatives in Nghe An to stop the business obstruction behavior and not to repeat the offense.

The group representing the company in Nghe An said the reason for blocking the gate of the Quang Tri Petroleum Company (specializing in gas trading) was because the company owed them a sum of money for goods and was afraid of losing their assets.

However, Dong Ha City Police affirmed that debt settlement between parties must be resolved according to the provisions of law.

"If the above "gangster" debt collection behavior continues, depending on the nature of the violation and the consequences, the City Police will strictly handle it according to the provisions of the law," said a representative of the Dong Ha City Police.

On the same morning, Mr. Le Quang Anh, director of Quang Tri Petroleum Company, confirmed that the trucks involved in blocking the main gate and emergency exit of the company had left.

However, the company will ask the police to handle the public disorder and assault on its employees. "If we owe, we will pay. The contract clearly stipulates the responsibilities of the parties when purchasing goods. The seller can charge us interest if we pay late. But blocking our company's gate for more than 2 months is a violation of the law and hinders business activities, causing huge losses," said Mr. Quang Anh.

Every day, only a few people come to work on fire and explosion prevention.

In addition, the group that came to block the gate also assaulted an employee of Quang Tri Petroleum Company, causing this person to be hospitalized.

This group even used a tractor trailer to block the side gate, which is also the company's emergency exit. This is extremely dangerous because this company sells gas, a product with a very high risk of explosion.

Quang Tri Petroleum Company confirmed that it owed a company in Nghe An a sum of money for goods. This group of people are from the company in Nghe An.

According to Mr. Quang Anh, immediately after the incident occurred, he sent a report, then a cry for help, and then a criminal complaint to many relevant agencies continuously for more than 2 months, but the incident was not handled.
