AeonMall Vietnam Limited Liability Company is a partner of Newland Investment Joint Stock Company (the winning bidder for land use rights lease to implement the project: Commercial center combined with office business, tourism activities at land plot coded TMDV-03, area number 1, urban area number 11, number 12, subdivision number 2, Bac Giang city).
Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Viet Oanh outlined the socio -economic development of the province as well as the advantages of Bac Giang to develop services. He informed that in the near future, the two provinces of Bac Giang and Bac Ninh will merge, the new province will have the 5th largest economic scale in the country. The two provinces have 33 industrial parks and the administrative center is expected to be located in Bac Giang.
Thus, the Company's investment location will be in the center. With the economic scale and large population concentrated in the industrial park, it opens up opportunities and development potential for high-quality commercial and service centers.
The province will direct departments and branches to accompany businesses to remove difficulties and obstacles, support investors with procedures, and speed up project progress. He hopes that AeonMall Vietnam Limited Liability Company will focus on implementing the project in Bac Giang and put the project into operation soon.
