The Group currently owns two listed companies: Desay SV Automotive (stock code SZ.002920) and Desay Battery (stock code SZ.000049).
Desay Battery Technology Co., Ltd., headquartered in Songxi-Nuihuang Industrial Park, is a member of the Group. It is a leading enterprise in the field of lithium battery production in China, and a global new energy solution provider and professional manufacturer of related electronic products.

The company currently serves the world's leading consumer electronics manufacturers, being a core partner to customers such as Apple, Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, Vivo, Google, Meta, Amazon, DJI and Stanley Black & Decker.
In addition, the company provides precision rubber and plastic parts for DJI drones, Honda cars, etc. with strong production capacity and high degree of automation. The company mainly provides automatic assembly services, visual inspection and other equipment for manufacturers of precision optical modules such as mobile phone cameras and security cameras. In recent years, the company has also provided production equipment for automotive surround view cameras and millimeter wave radars, and has mastered core technologies such as advanced image processing algorithms. The company also focuses on the production of large-size LED displays, which is famous in the industry.
The Group aims to have sales revenue exceeding 200 billion yuan by 2033; its two core industries, smart car electronics and new energy batteries, will take the lead in China and the world. In the near future, the Group plans to open another company in Bac Ninh province, hoping to receive local support and create favorable conditions for the new project to come into operation soon.
Speaking at the meeting, comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan expressed his pleasure to welcome the Desay Group's delegation to work in the province, and congratulated the impressive results in revenue and production and business activities that the Group has achieved, especially in the field of new technology such as products for self-driving cars and high-tech batteries that the company is developing and supplying to major companies.
He highly appreciated the Desay Group's decision to expand its investment in Song Khe-Noi Hoang and Van Trung Industrial Parks. This is one of the province's key objectives: Continuing to attract new investors and encouraging existing investors to expand production and business on the existing foundation. With the current investment scale of more than 101 million USD, the Group plans to increase by 25 million USD, which is a positive signal for the province's industrial development.

Bac Ninh province is committed to accompanying and providing maximum support for businesses to operate effectively in the area. Over the past years, FDI and domestic enterprises have received support from the province in terms of administrative procedures, electricity supply, infrastructure, as well as resolving problems arising in the production and business process.
The province also pays special attention to removing traffic congestion in industrial zones. In addition to ensuring infrastructure, the province coordinates with Vietnam Electricity Group to meet the electricity needs of enterprises investing in the area.
In response to the Group's recommendations, the province assigned specific tasks to relevant departments and branches. Regarding land transfer procedures, if there are any problems related to the government, the province is ready to resolve them and create the fastest conditions for the project to come into operation. The Provincial Industrial Park Management Board was assigned to coordinate and guide businesses, and at the same time required the company to fully comply with legal regulations and complete documents on environment, land, and construction.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted that battery production requires a large amount of electricity, so the Industrial Park Management Board needs to coordinate with the electricity industry to have specific solutions to ensure power sources, and at the same time assess the environment according to technical requirements.
Agreeing with the proposal to deploy a research and technology transfer center in the province, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the enterprise to assign the legal department to research and apply Vietnam's technology transfer support policies to receive support. On the local side, he assigned the Department of Industry and Trade and the Department of Science and Technology to research appropriate mechanisms and policies for high-tech production. With the current capacity, he hopes the company will quickly transfer technology to local workers and associated enterprises in the near future.
He also informed that the Bac Ninh Province Industrial Production Association has just been established. The Group can, through the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, link up with enterprises in the association to form a closely linked production chain.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented the delegation with a Dong Ho folk painting - a typical product of Bac Ninh.
