On the morning of February 22, comrade Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province inspected a number of public investment projects in the province.
Accompanying were leaders of a number of relevant departments, branches, units, localities and press agencies.
Checking the construction progress of the Investment Project to build the Van road and bridge connecting National Highway 37 (Chi Linh) with the Trieu bridge approach (Kinh Mon); the Investment Project to build Tan An bridge and the approach road connecting National Highway 18 (Chi Linh), Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau requested Chi Linh city and Kinh Mon town to be more determined in the land clearance work, and must complete the handover of the site to the construction unit in March.
At locations related to technology such as wicks and load testing, priority must be given to site clearance first. Hai Duong Electricity One Member Co., Ltd. coordinates and guides the urgent relocation of power lines related to the project.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau affirmed that Hai Duong always creates the best conditions for construction units, and at the same time requires units to urgently increase human resources and equipment to speed up progress and shorten construction time of projects when there is a clean site. During the implementation process, the quality of the project must not be affected by progress. Absolutely ensure labor safety, technical safety, and aesthetics of the project. Ensure the progress of capital disbursement documents according to regulations.
Regarding the use of existing routes to transport construction materials, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau requested local authorities to disseminate information so that people understand the significance of the projects and agree. During the transportation process, contractors need to calculate appropriate time, ensure traffic safety, and minimize impacts on people's lives.
Request Nam Sach district to have a solution to soon relocate fish cage farming households that affect the Tan An bridge construction project, and need to be flexible to minimize damage to fish cage farming households.
The Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board has learned from experience and improved coordination between localities and construction units. If any difficulties or problems arise during the implementation process, they must be promptly reported to the Provincial People's Committee leaders for resolution in order to shorten the construction time of the projects. The Provincial People's Committee Office updates information on the progress of the projects so that the Provincial People's Committee leaders can monitor and direct the implementation.
The Van Bridge and Road Construction Investment Project connecting National Highway 37 (Chi Linh) with the Trieu Bridge approach road (Kinh Mon) has a total length of about 13.07 km (main route 9.7 km and 2 branch routes 3.37 km). The total investment is 1,296 billion VND. The investment scale of the bridge section includes the construction of a reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete bridge with a width of 12 m and a length of 894 m. The Van Bridge approach road section is a class III road (roadbed 12 m, road surface 11 m); speed 60-80 km/h. Branch route 1 (connecting provincial road 389B) is renovated and upgraded to a class IV road (roadbed 9 m and road surface 8 m), speed 60 km/h. Branch route 2 (old provincial road 389 branch) is renovated to the existing road surface from 7 - 11 m. Construction started in February 2025 and is expected to be completed in September 2026.
The project contractor is a joint venture of Construction Investment Joint Stock Company No. 18 - Phuong Hoang Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company - Viet A Electrical Construction and Industrial Development Consulting Joint Stock Company.
Tan An Bridge and the approach road connecting National Highway 18 (Chi Linh) have a total length of 3.485 km through Chi Linh City and Nam Sach District. The project has a total investment of 600 billion VND. Tan An Bridge is made of reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete; the bridge is 572.1 m long; 12 m wide. The approach road is of the scale of a grade III road (roadbed 12 m, road surface 11 m)... The project is expected to be completed on December 31, 2025.
The project contractor is a joint venture of Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 18 - Viet Hoa Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company - Ninh Binh Construction and Trading Company Limited - Viet A Electrical Construction and Industrial Development Consulting Joint Stock Company.
