On the afternoon of September 15, comrade Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected and worked on the implementation of the preparation work for the Project to renovate and upgrade the revolutionary road from Tan Trao commune to the old Trung Yen commune, now Tan Trao commune (abbreviated as the Project).

Also attending were comrades: Ly Thi Lan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the full-time National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Tuyen Quang province; leaders of a number of departments, branches and Tan Trao commune.

The project belongs to group B, level IV road works, implementation location in Tan Trao commune. The total investment is expected to be 300 billion VND from the central budget. The route is about 9.5 km long, starting at Km0+00 (the intersection of Lan Na Nua area to Lung Tau) and ending at Km9+500 (the head of Trung Yen bridge, Quan Ha village), in Tan Trao commune. The invested project will gradually complete the traffic infrastructure according to the Tuyen Quang Provincial Planning approved by the Prime Minister. At the same time, it ensures traffic safety, shortens travel time, and enhances connectivity between points in the Tan Trao National Special Historical Relic Site. Create favorable conditions to attract tourists, promote historical and cultural values, contribute to promoting socio -economic development, tourism, services and ensuring national defense and security of the province...

Leaders of departments and branches are committed to completing the project preparation procedures in the shortest time to ensure progress; the Party Committee and government of Tan Trao commune strive to propagate and mobilize people to support the Project.

Speaking at the inspection, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc emphasized: The project has great political significance, because the route connecting the red addresses in the Tan Trao Special National Relic Site is increasingly known and visited by people across the country and internationally.

Comrade Phan Huy Ngoc requested departments and branches to proactively coordinate to speed up the appraisal of project documents and tasks related to the areas in charge. Tan Trao commune established a Steering Committee for site clearance of the Project headed by the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee; mobilize all resources to carry out inventory, compensation calculation and site clearance.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that relevant units and localities will make efforts and determination to complete the investment preparation work as soon as possible, especially the documents, procedures, compensation and site clearance work to start the project. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the project's completion on schedule will help improve trade, not only will the socio-economic development of households in the project area develop, but the participation of the people in supporting and creating favorable conditions for the construction of the road will create a beautiful image of the people in the Tuyen Quang Revolutionary War Zone.
