At the meeting, Mr. Dang Minh Truong said that the Group operates in the fields of real estate, resort tourism , entertainment, and infrastructure investment. He hopes that the provincial government will continue to create favorable conditions for the Group to accelerate the investment progress of the Bac An Tay Urban Area and Dong An Tay Urban Area projects.

Accordingly, the Bac An Tay Urban Area project has a scale of 70 hectares, in An Tay ward, Ben Cat city. The project location is adjacent to important routes such as DT.744, DH609 and Ring Road 4 which are in the planning stage. The Dong An Tay Urban Area project has a scale of more than 288 hectares spread across An Tay ward and Phu An commune, Ben Cat city.
The two projects are expected to be invested in and built, including apartment buildings and townhouses with mixed-use functions, combined with commercial and service facilities such as offices, shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants;educational facilities such as kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, medical facilities and public infrastructure such as parks and trees, creating an ideal, safe and environmentally friendly living space.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Vo Van Minh requested departments, branches and localities to join in with the highest determination, focus on researching to remove difficulties and obstacles, and provide maximum support to investors to speed up project implementation progress according to approved planning.
