The DARD has coordinated to complete procedures to adjust the investment policy; resolve problems regarding the power transmission line and the plan to burn solid waste to generate electricity; deploy and implement the project to build technical infrastructure to serve the expansion of the Ben Tre Waste Treatment Plant (expanded land area of 3.24ha)...

According to the report of the project investor, the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects for Agricultural and Rural Development, the construction package for freshwater reservoirs (Package 01) has achieved about 96% of the contract value. The construction package for traffic roads (Package 02) has achieved about 65% of the contract value.

Construction units continue to deploy construction and complete the project: Package for construction of freshwater reservoir items (Package 01) until August 30, 2025. Package for construction of traffic road items (Package 02) until December 31, 2025.

The project to build a new freshwater reservoir to serve the daily life and production of people in Ba Tri district, ensuring that everyone can access clean water without interruption, especially in the dry season.

Combining the construction of freshwater reservoirs with the conservation and planning of the construction of the Bung Lac Dia revolutionary base relic site and the planning of the construction of a concentrated residential area, in order to arrange and reasonably use the land and ecological resources of the Lac Dia area to develop the socio-economy of Ba Tri district.

Develop new and upgrade, expand the existing transport system in a synchronous manner, to facilitate the development of rural residential clusters in a modern direction associated with new, advanced, and sustainable livelihood models.
