The time for worshiping Buddha relics at Quan Su Pagoda is scheduled to take place from 6am to 9pm from May 14 to May 16. However, to meet the wishes of many Buddhists and people, the Organizing Committee has decided to open Quan Su Pagoda all night from today, May 14.
On the afternoon of May 13, despite the hot weather at the beginning of summer, monks, nuns, Buddhists and people lined up to welcome the relics of Buddha Shakyamuni - the National Treasure of India, which were carried and enshrined at Quan Su Pagoda. At exactly 3:00 p.m. the same day, the procession carrying the relics of Buddha Shakyamuni from Noi Bai passed through the central streets of Hanoi to arrive at Quan Su Pagoda.
On the evening of May 13, the procession of Buddha's relics was solemnly held around the lake in Hoan Kiem area, Hanoi. The procession took place in a solemn and respectful atmosphere... In addition to the processions of pagodas and churches, there was also the participation of many Buddhists and Vietnamese people. All expressed deep respect for the Buddha and spread the message of compassion and peace to the community.
Since then, many people have lined up all night around Quan Su Pagoda to wait to visit the Buddha's relics. On May 14, from 5am, Venerable monks and nuns solemnly performed the opening ceremony in a peaceful space. Immediately after that, thousands of people and Buddhists gathered at Quan Su Pagoda. The stream of people stretched along Tran Hung Dao and Ly Thuong Kiet streets to the place where the Buddha's relics were enshrined.
According to the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, the relics of Buddha Shakyamuni are evidence of true practice. The presence of the relics arouses faith, helping worshipers develop a good heart and turn to goodness. For Buddhists, worshiping the relics of the Buddha is like seeing the Buddha still present in this world , with compassion, joy, and forgiveness, saving all living beings.

The Organizing Committee does not collect or accept any fees for anyone who comes to worship the Buddha's relics. In particular, it does not accept wreaths, offerings, or perform offering rituals at the place of worship.
All people entering to worship the relics must follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee, line up in order, move in line, do not run or take shortcuts through the moving crowd, keep absolutely silent, do not take photos or film inside the relics worship area or the relic worship areas.
In addition, Quan Su Pagoda also noted that Buddhists and people coming to worship Buddha's relics do not need to register in advance. If traveling by personal vehicle, park at the main gate of Thong Nhat Park (Tran Nhan Tong Street).
