The final round of the Miss Vietnam national contest will take place in December in Hoa Binh province.

On May 8, in Hanoi , Sen Vang Company held a press conference to announce the schedule of the Miss National Vietnam contest. This is the first beauty contest held with the message of honoring the beauty of Vietnamese women according to the criteria of "virtue - beauty - speech - conduct" in modern times.

The organizing committee of the Miss Vietnam National Pageant has announced that Misses Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien, Luong Thuy Linh and Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc are officially ambassadors of the contest.

Attending the press conference were representatives of the Organizing Committee, Advisory Board, Jury, journalists, reporters, sponsors, Misses and Runners-up. On the side of Hoa Binh province, there was Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The beauty queens: Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien, Luong Thuy Linh, Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc are officially ambassadors of the contest.

The contest is expected to be spread out from May to December 2024. Specifically, from May to August, there will be activities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with preliminary content, community activities, Talented Beauty... From September to December in Hoa Binh City, there will be accompanying events such as Tourism Beauty, "Proud Song" gratitude art night... Notably, the National Final will not have evening gowns, instead, traditional costumes of the 3 regions will be used and performed. The new Miss Vietnam will be crowned in a Vietnamese ao dai.

In the contest, each province and city has 1 contestant, 5 cities directly under the Central Government have more than 1 contestant. The contest aims at practical values for the community through humanitarian activities such as: "Greening Hoa Binh " project with a campaign to plant 1,000 trees; giving 70 million VND including gifts and cash to the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union to jointly implement the Vietnam Breast Cancer Network project; giving 100 gifts and 20 million VND in scholarships to the Vietnam Women's Union along with a plan for an inspirational sharing session for women.

Speaking at the press conference, Mr. Luu Huy Linh, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hoa Binh province, emphasized: Hoa Binh province has cultural identity, natural environment, people... which are valuable and important resources for tourism development, bringing interesting experiences to domestic and international tourists. With its unique advantages, Hoa Binh province has been chosen as the venue for the final round of the Miss Vietnam 2024 contest. This is an opportunity for the province to promote culture, tourism, and economy to domestic and foreign friends, and we believe that the contest will be a great success.

At the press conference, a representative of sponsor Agroup presented 1,000 Bauhinia trees to the Greening Project on the road from Hoa Binh City to Thung Nai Port (Cao Phong).

The Miss National Vietnam contest aims to find beautiful, talented and knowledgeable girls to represent and promote the culture of the country's regions to friends around the world. The final night is expected to take place in December 2024 in Hoa Binh province, combined with art performances from famous artists, promising to bring a grand and impressive competition night.
