On the evening of July 9, at To Hieu flower garden, To Hieu Ward Party Committee coordinated with Son La Provincial Music and Dance Theater to organize an art program to welcome the success of the 1st Congress of To Hieu Ward Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending the art program were comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee; Ha Trung Chien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of To Hieu Ward; former Standing members, members of the Standing Committee of the Son La Town Party Committee and City Party Committee through different periods; comrades Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committees of communes and wards of the province and a large number of people.

The performance "Land of Dragons and Fairies" opened the program.

The art program with 13 singing, dancing and music performances by singers, actors of Son La Song and Dance Theater, mass art troupes and dance groups, praising the homeland, country and immense love for President Ho Chi Minh .
