Art program and fireworks light up Kinh Bac sky on Independence Day

To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution 1945 (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), on the evening of September 2, in Bac Ninh province, 2 special art programs and fireworks displays took place with the themes "Shape of the country, radiant Vietnam" and "Bac Ninh - Integration and Shining". The programs attracted tens of thousands of people to attend in excitement and pride.

At Kinh Bac Cultural Center Square, Vu Ninh Ward, Bac Ninh Province, the special art program with the theme "Bac Ninh - Integration and Shining" was attended by tens of thousands of people. Part 1 with the theme of Faith in the Party brought the audience back to the heroic 80-year journey of the nation, from the early difficult days of the revolution to the construction and development of the country today. The song and dance suite: My Quan Ho Village - The Song of the Road - The Aspiration for Power evoked the image of unity and solidarity of the entire Party, army and people. Joining hands in solidarity, with one heart towards the fatherland, together building a powerful Vietnam, Bac Ninh province is increasingly rich, beautiful, civilized and modern.

Art performances to celebrate National Day.

Part 2 and 3 with the themes, Pride of Kinh Bac and Shining Bac Ninh have opened up a vivid picture of Bac Ninh today - a land of talented people and strong development in the period of innovation and integration. Through elaborately staged art performances, combining images and cultural identity of the locality, the beauty of people, culture, and dynamic development of Bac Ninh in the new era has been honored.

At 3/2 Square, Bac Giang Ward, a grand art program with the participation of nearly 500 actors brought the audience heroic and impressive emotions.

With the theme "The shape of the country, radiant Vietnam", the program "heated up" right from the first moments in the exchange section, folk dance performances, flashmob dance performances by hundreds of students and clubs.

With 3 chapters, Independence - Freedom; Happiness and New Era, the program multiplied national pride with the scene of people from all walks of life uniting and rejoicing in the success of the August Revolution. The quiet moments when turning to Ba Dinh Square to listen to President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence. The longing and heartfelt feelings of the people of Northern Vietnam for the people of the South who were living in the "dark" days, the belief of the Vietnamese people in a bright future for the Fatherland, in peace , North-South reunion through the works "Tu Nguyen" and the "Song of Hope" mushup.

The compositions "Bac Ninh's desire to shine", "Oh country, proud and proud", "Glory is waiting for us", the medley "Vietnam in me, red blood, yellow skin, a circle of Vietnam" and the familiar melody "Holding hands - Like having Uncle Ho in the happy day of great victory" have honored the stature and historical significance of the National Day September 2; aroused patriotism, national pride, gratitude to generations of fathers and brothers; strengthened the belief and will to build and protect the Fatherland in the new era.

The programs have created a joyful and exciting atmosphere, motivating cadres, party members and people to work and study enthusiastically, contributing to building a rich and civilized Bac Ninh. Promoting the image of Bac Ninh - Kinh Bac: the land of "spiritual land and talented people", the source of Vietnamese culture, the homeland of Quan Ho folk songs, traditional craft villages, famous landscapes and heritages recognized and listed by UNESCO.

The highlight of the two programs was the high-altitude fireworks display at 3/2 Square and Kinh Bac Cultural Center right after the end of the art program. With 1,000 high-altitude fireworks combined with 60 low-altitude fireworks and many special lighting effects, the 15-minute artistic fireworks display in the joy of the large number of participants lit up the sky of Bac Ninh on the important holiday.

The program brought to the people and visitors an emotional night of artistic experience. The brilliant performances, creating an exciting and proud atmosphere on National Day, added pride and confidence for the people to accompany the government, building Bac Ninh to develop and prosper, soon becoming a centrally-governed city before 2030.
